It was my puppy’s first visit to the clinic, and the entire staff was incredibly professional, transparent, and informative. The veterinarian took plenty of time to thoroughly explain how to properly care for my puppy, without ever making me feel rushed. She was very compassionate and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.
I was 20 min early and got in right away, the front desk person, technician and veterinarian were all extremely friendly toward myself and more importantly, to our dog. The service was efficient, thorough and relatively well priced. Not to mention the sweetest goodie bag for being a first time client. I’ve recommended you to two other friends already, well done!
My family and I have been going to Stonebridge for a few years now. We trust them with the care of our beloved fur baby. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They have been able to see our dog for same day appointments. When our dog got sick months ago, the doctors communicated clearly and effectively about diagnosis, treatment plan, post op care etc. They are always upfront and transparent when it comes to cost of treatment. Whenever we have a question about our dog, staff is quick to respond with a phone call or text message. And the clinic follows up with us regularly after sick calls or visits. Stonebridge cares for our dog the same way we do – as part of our family!
